1999 Event Information
The first ever Kansas Oscars' event was held June 4 and 5, 1999 at the Topeka Holidome. Nine Oscars were awarded to nominees who defined best practice in the areas in which they were nominated. The judges were Keys' board members Jo Lowe, Larry Dixon, and Tom Kelley.
