2004 Event Information
The sixth annual OSCARS celebration will take place June 4, 5, 2004 at the Forest Park Conference and Retreat Center in Topeka. The evening will begin on Friday, June 4 with dinner and a recognition of all Oscar candidates and nominators. Saturday, June 5 will include a breakfast for guests, a choice of three workshops:
- Maintaining Fidelity to Wraparound, as a model of effective practice.
- Functional Behavioral Analysis - new partnerships between parents, students and teachers"
- Supplemental Services, what every parent should know about NCLB.
Workshops will bring late breaking information to participants and will also provide the judges with opportunities to observe and interview the nominees so they can select the winners. The winners will be announced at the OSCARS banquet, Saturday, June 5 at 6 p.m.
