Event Information

The first ever Kansas Oscars’ event was held June 4 and 5, 1999 at the Topeka Holidome.  Nine Oscars were awarded to nominees who defined best practice in the areas in which they were nominated.  The judges were Keys ’ board members Jo Lowe, Larry Dixon, and Tom Kelley.
