Consumer Satisfaction Surveyor

Keys for Networking, Inc. a non-profit parent information and resource center for parents who have children with emotional and behavioral disorders is hiring for a full/part time position doing telephone facilitated Consumer Satisfaction Survey’s Monday –Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm with a possibility of future work on Saturday and one night a week. This is a grant-funded position. The project requires parent-to-parent telephone discussions about services. Absolute preference to parents whose children have received/are receiving publicly funded mental health services, juvenile justice, foster care, and or special education. Parent Support Specialist

Parent Support Specialist needed for non-profit family advocacy agency. Oral and written communication skills needed Bachelors degree preferred. Proficiency with typing and using Word and database programs required. Must be willing and able to learn rules and regulations of multiple agencies that serve children. Must have own transportation. Ability to speak and write fluent Spanish a plus. Absolute preference in hiring will be given to applicants who have direct experience with children with emotional and or behavioral problems and have demonstrated securing services for these children. Some overnight travel required. We are an EOE and affirmative action employer and we maintain a drug free workplace. Send resume to Keys for Networking, Inc., Attn: Dr. Jane Adams, 1301 SW Topeka Blvd, Topeka, KS 66612.
